01What is available in the current beta?
A private candidate workspace for your profile, CV, target roles, dedicated Gmail and Naukri account details, and administration by the ApplyPilot team. Shivam and the team review your information and handle applications offline. Autonomous application agents are not enabled.
02Who applies for the jobs?
Shivam and the ApplyPilot team. The platform collects and organizes the information they need; application work is done offline by people using the accounts and information you authorize.
03What should I submit?
Your contact details, work experience, education, skills, CV and supporting documents, target roles and locations, salary expectations, availability, and the dedicated job-search account details requested in the dashboard.
04Why is a Gmail ID and password required?
The team needs access to the job-search email account you authorize. We recommend creating a fresh Gmail account for this purpose, rather than sharing your primary personal mailbox. Submit the credentials only through the encrypted dashboard vault.
05Do I also need to provide Naukri credentials?
Yes, the current intake includes Naukri account credentials for the application service. Authorized administrators can access them for offline work. They are stored in the credential vault rather than as ordinary profile text.
06Will my password appear in my public profile or export?
Credentials must not be exposed in public pages, analytics, logs, or ordinary profile exports. They are stored encrypted with scoped administrative access. Sharing a dedicated job-search account still gives the authorized team access to that account, so review what information it contains.
07Do you guarantee recruiter callbacks or a job?
No. Recruiters and employers decide whether to respond, interview, or hire. The team supports your application process and records the progress available in your workspace without promising an employer outcome.
08Can I change my target roles or CV?
Yes. Keep your profile, preferences, and documents current in the dashboard. If the team is already working from an earlier version, clarify the change with them before assuming offline work has been updated.
09Is Saaya interview practice live?
Not yet. It is a planned second offering. Live voice sessions, trial-minute grants, assessments, checkout, and recharges are not enabled in this beta.
10What is planned for Saaya practice?
A JD-specific roleplay experience that can be used independently of the application service. The intended flow accepts a saved role, an uploaded JD, or pasted text, then lets you choose an interview round and practise with Saaya.
11What is the planned practice price?
The plan is one 10-minute trial per verified account, then manual ₹1,000 recharges for 30 minutes each. Recharges would stack across jobs and sessions, with unused purchased minutes carrying forward without expiry by default. No automatic renewal or charging is planned. These packs are not yet for sale.
12How can I request an export or deletion?
Use the account privacy controls. The request covers candidate information and documents under the applicable retention policy. Credentials must not be included in ordinary exports. Some restricted transaction or audit records may need to be retained.
