Private beta scope
The current beta collects candidate profiles, CVs, target roles, and dedicated job-search account details. Shivam and the ApplyPilot team review your submission and handle applications offline. The platform does not run an autonomous application agent or automatic ATS submission. Access and service availability may be limited during beta.
Your account and information
Provide information and documents you are authorized to use. Keep your ApplyPilot account access private and review the accuracy of your experience, qualifications, eligibility, salary expectations, and availability. Do not use the service to impersonate another person or misrepresent your background.
Authorized job-search accounts
By providing the requested Gmail and Naukri credentials and accepting the service consent, you authorize the team to access those accounts for your job search. A fresh, dedicated Gmail is recommended. Submit credentials only through the authenticated vault. The service requires the team to access those accounts; encryption protects storage but does not mean authorized administrators cannot view the details needed for offline work.
Offline application handling
The team works from the information, documents, and preferences you supply. Clarify material changes when offline work is underway. Employer requirements, account checks, access restrictions, and your eligibility may prevent particular applications. The team may need your help with verification or missing information.
Employer outcomes
Recruiter responses, callbacks, interview invitations, job offers, and employment decisions remain with employers. No callback or hiring outcome is promised. Recorded progress should distinguish work reported by the team from application evidence actually available.
Future interview practice
Interview Practice with Saaya is coming soon and is not enabled in this beta. The intended model is a one-time 600-second trial per verified account, followed by manual ₹1,000 packs granting 1,800 seconds each. The planned final pack price includes applicable tax displayed within it. Paid minutes are intended to stack across jobs and sessions without expiry by default, with free seconds used first and no automatic renewal or charging. These plans are not an active offer to purchase.
Future practice controls
Before activation, Saaya practice must have authenticated session bootstrap, JD isolation, server-authorized time accounting, and payment reconciliation where relevant. Roleplay and any available feedback are preparation aids rather than employer screening or a prediction of selection. Live sessions, minute grants, assessments, checkout, and recharges are currently unavailable.
Acceptable use and privacy
Do not bypass account access, tenant ownership, credential-vault permissions, or rate limits. Do not upload malicious files or use the service for unauthorized access, harassment, or impersonation. Privacy requests are handled through the account controls and policy; credential plaintext must not be included in ordinary exports.
Changes and service limitations
External websites, accounts, and employer processes can change or become unavailable. The team may need to pause or clarify work. Service details and any future paid offering must be communicated before purchase or activation. Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
